Return Shipping
Please ship the return product back to us at the address provided. Please ensure that the package is securely packaged and use a trackable shipping method to avoid loss or damage during transportation.
Refund Processing
We will process refunds as soon as possible after we receive the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for a refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method and usually take 7 business days.
Refund Amount
The refund amount will include the amount you paid for the returned item and the original shipping costs (if applicable). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error by us or the shipping service provider.
